The hour is approaching fate: Tomorrow, 12 September, from 10 clock, the Federal Constitutional Court (BVG) in Karlsruhe is his, eagerly awaited by the federal government to make judgment ESM Treaty and the fiscal pact . . (Whether the time for the September 11-12 austrahlt a special magnetism for the world fortunes formative events - Would it been up to me, they would have long ago to return the whole treaty with the comment to the Parliament, thus saving court costs or "Rejected!" at least be able to delay the decision on. I know a mere utopia ...)
Now, how will the judges decide that?
Simple as they are not stopping the ESM (or want to), although the unconstitutionality of laws bundle is obvious. The responsibility for such a decision is not expected just a bit too big for them to be (as in my article "European Super State, here we come! A dystopia." executed). A European legal action was anyway never blocked by the BVG, writes constitutional law expert Helmut Siekmann in the Financial Times Germany . However, about 60% of the constitutional experts believe, the newspaper said further that the ESM will approve subject to harsh conditions, probably similar to the Lisbon Treaty - the time a similar limbo ...
